With Lyric's virtual care you can get Diagnosis & Treatment of most common and acute illnesses such as Fever, Cough, Skin Rash, Flu/Cold, Sore Throat, Earache, and Upper Respiratory Infection to name a few.
Virtual Behavioral Health options are available. Access to Psychiatric, Psychologist and Counselors. Phone and video consultations available, consultations are not recorded, Psychiatrist and Psychologist sessions require consultation fees and Counselor sessions are free. Services covered are Depression, Addiction, Stress Management, Life changes, Greif and Loss, Relation issues, Anxiety, PTSD, Panic Disorders. Telephonic Counselors work with members to identify specific issues and next steps to address, taking the guess work out of who to see in the event they may need additional services.
